Cases with measured data and websites we built, kept separate. Every figure is stated with its measurement period, baseline, and source.
Measured results
These carry checkable performance data, stated with the measurement period, baseline, source, and what can't be attributed to us alone.
Hong Kong Window Contractor — SEO / AEO / GEO
RanKKing delivered SEO, AEO, and GEO services plus a full website rebuild for a Hong Kong contractor whose site had been running for over 10 years. Through end-to-end search-engine optimisation, AI-search optimisation, and digital marketing, monthly organic clicks went from 72 in March 2026 to 2,021 in July (Google Search Console data, published with the client's approval).
Hong Kong PR & Retail Marketing Firm — Search
A Hong Kong PR and marketing firm specialising in retail listing and street promotions.
Websites we built
These list what was delivered, with no performance claims — we don't hold publishable figures for them, so we won't present what we did as what the client got.

Aesthetic Clinic Replatform Recovery
A physician-led medical aesthetic clinic offering non-surgical treatments — Botox, dermal fillers, picosecond laser, and skin tightening. An earlier redesign left old URLs unhandled with no 301 redirects, and moved the language structure into subdirectories without correcting hreflang, costing the site substantial traffic. We took the project over in May 2026.
Aesthetic Clinic Index Recovery After a Hack
A medical aesthetic clinic in the Greater Toronto Area, led by registered healthcare professionals. The site was hit by a DDoS attack that overloaded the server and left pages unreachable. The blanket blocking put in place to stop it also blocked search-engine crawlers, so the site could no longer be crawled or indexed and organic traffic fell. We took over, replaced blanket blocking with precise rules, and restored crawling and indexing.
Acupuncture Clinic Website
An acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic focused on pain management, mental wellness, and fertility support, with years of clinical experience.
Flooring Contractor Multilingual Website
A professional Toronto flooring installer for residential, condo, and commercial spaces.
Family Photography Studio Website
A Hong Kong family-photography service — birthdays, 100-day celebrations, and family portraits.
Children's Party Venue Website
A children's party venue in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, with a private party room and full-service packages.
Piano School Website
A piano school in Tai Wai, Hong Kong offering private lessons and teacher training, with 30+ years of experience.
The pattern: outcomes track investment
Most agencies show only their wins. The problem is that if you only see winners, you can't tell whether the method works or whether they simply picked the right clients. So the engagements that stayed flat are listed here too — same team, same method, different levels of investment.
| Engagement | Service level | Period | Monthly clicks | Change |

| Aluminium-window contractor (Hong Kong)first-partyDemand for window work is seasonal and July is a traditional peak, so that portion isn't ours alone. | Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEO | Mar → Jul 2026 | 72 → 2,021 | ≈28× |
| A Hong Kong children's party venuefirst-partyAverage position moved from 7.3 to 12.7 over the same window — expected when coverage widens across many more queries, but worth stating. Summer is also peak season for this category. | Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEO | May → Aug 2026 | 28 → 528 | ≈19× |
| A Hong Kong PR and marketing firmfirst-partyAverage position improved from 25.1 to 20.6 over the same period. B2B query volumes are lower by nature, so absolute numbers shouldn't be compared with consumer sectors. | Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEO | Sep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months) | 15 → 267 | ≈17.8× |
| A Hong Kong piano schoolfirst-partyOnly a two-month window, so the sample period is short; enrolment also peaks around the summer break. | Ongoing SEO / AEO / GEO | Jun → Aug 2026 | 17 → 196 | ≈11.5× |
| A medical aesthetic clinic (Toronto)A previous provider's redesign left old URLs unhandled with no 301s, and moved languages into subdirectories without fixing hreflang; traffic fell noticeably from late 2025. We took over in May 2026, clearing 404s and redirects first, repairing internal links, resolving keyword overlap, then running content-gap analysis. Traffic is recovering but the recovery is ongoing — we won't call it complete. The baseline is the damaged state, not the pre-redesign peak, and the data is client-supplied. | Migration recovery + ongoing SEO | Took over May 2026; recovery from June | — | Recovering |
| A medical aesthetic clinic (Toronto — attack incident)The site was hit by a DDoS attack that overloaded the server and left pages unreachable. What actually cost the organic traffic was the blanket blocking put up to stop it — it shut out search-engine crawlers too, so the site could no longer be crawled or indexed. We replaced it with rules targeting the attack sources and the pages being hit, reopened legitimate traffic and crawlers, then ran a full crawl to confirm indexing had recovered. Data is client-supplied; this case evidences technical handling, not content performance. | Incident recovery | Incident July 2026; stabilised the same month | — | Restored |
| A flooring installation companyfirst-partyRan a few months of SEO at the start, then moved to basic maintenance. Traffic held steady without meaningful growth — which is precisely the difference between maintaining and growing. | Basic maintenance only | Sep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months) | 3,221 | Broadly flat |
| An acupuncture / TCM clinicWe built the site but ran no ongoing SEO. The site works, and traffic did not meaningfully rise across twelve months. | Build only, no ongoing SEO | Sep 2025 → Aug 2026 (12 months) | 742 | Broadly flat |
Entries marked “first-party” were exported by RanKKing directly from Search Console properties we have access to; the rest are client-supplied Search Console data. Client names are withheld except where approved, with only the industry described.
Same team, same method — the difference in outcome comes mostly from how much was invested and for how long. It's also why we won't claim the entry plan produces the same growth: three or four priority items a month and eight items with a content engine are genuinely different things. Search results compound over time, and nobody can guarantee rankings.
